HELDER TELES APPOINTED DIRECTOR
OF SALES AND MARKETING FOR
SAXCO CANADA COMPANY

Helder Teles has been appointed director of sales and marketing for Saxco Canada Co., a Saxco International Inc. subsidiary, it was announced by Bill Higginson, vice president and general manager of Saxco Canada.

Teles will be directly responsible for the overall day-to-day sales and marketing functions for the Canadian distributors of packaging materials for the wine and specialty foods industry.

Prior to being appointed at Saxco Canada, he was employed as purchasing manager for United Distillers in Toronto. Before that, he worked in various sales and marketing capacities for Consumers Glass, also of Toronto.

He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from York University in Toronto.

In addition, Teles serves as a director of the Ontario chapter of the International Organization of Packaging Professionals.

Married and the father of three children, ages 12, 10 and 8, he and his wife, Maria, reside in the city of Toronto.
