HORSHAM , PA � Rich Frungillo has been appointed United States northeast regional sales manager for Saxco International, Inc., it was announced here today by Rob Belke, vice president of sales and marketing for Saxco International.

            Frungillo will be directly responsible for the management and development of business in the northeastern United States related to packaging for the wine ,spirits, food and craft brewing industries including, glass bottles, PET containers, corks, capsules and package decorating services for the world-wide packaging specialty company.

            Prior to being appointed at Saxco International, he was employed as the northeastern United States regional sales manager for Novapak Corporation, of Eatontown, New Jersey, where he was responsible for the sale of blow-molded containers for a variety of products in a broad spectrum of industries including, personal care, health, food, automotive and chemical.

            Before that, Frungillo was an account manager for Owens-Illinois, of Saddlebrook , New Jersey , where he managed the company�s PET and plastic closure business in the eastern United States .

            He is a graduate of Rutgers University , where he earned a bachelors of science degree and has completed numerous professional packaging courses and seminars related to plastic and glass containers, closures and packaging equipment.  He also is active as a member of the New Jersey Food Processors and New Jersey Packaging Executives associations.  He will be headquartered at the Saxco office in Cranford , New Jersey .
